Frequently asked questions

Will this charge a mobility scooter battery? Battery is 24 volts

Dear, the AC output of our power station is 110V 60Hz (total output 400W, peak 800W), if you have a AC 110V charger for your battery and the battery power is lower than 400W, our generator can charge the battery. If your charger is 220V or the battery power is higher than 400W, then it doesn't work.

Can it run cpap all night?

Dear, the running time depends on the power of your CPAP. For example, if the power of your CPAP is 15W, than your CPAP without heated humidifier can run about 280WH*0.85/15W=15 hours with our power station.

Does the power adapter for charging will get hot when using?

Dear, our power station has temperature-control protects and the shell of the power charger will be not too hot. The power adapter's temperature will be the ambient temperature plus or minus 45℃. When the maximum temperature inside of the item reaches 70℃ by discharging, it will be protected. Built-in fan dissipate heat and it will turn on when the cell's temperature is over 45 ℃ or AC power is over 300W. This power station has the UL certificate, please rest assured.
