Can I use the AC ports while its being charged from the wall charger?
Yes, our power station has the pass-through function, you can charge and discharge it at the same time. Kindly note, please don't use this function frequently, this may shorten battery life.
How long will it last if i use my gaming laptop while its plugged in the outlet?
It depends on the power of your gaming laptop. The input power of our T-500 power station is 105W Max., if the running power of your gaming laptop is below 105W, in theory, as long as the power is still charging, your device can keep running, which is the pass-through function. But if the running power of your gaming laptop is over 105W（the output power is greater than the charging power of the power station.）, your device will stop running once the power station is depleted.
Can I charge with 3 200w panels in parallel so I can get the max 500w solar charge?
We recommend to charge with 2 200w panels in parallel, three 200w panels in parallel may exceed the maximum input voltage and current of our 2000W power station,it may damage the power station.
Are the batteries replaceable?
No, we are sorry that our batteries can not be replaced.
