Yes, the surface of the solar panel is waterproof while the junction port is not waterproof. Please do not place it under the rain, or soak it in water for a long time.

Use a soft cloth to remove the dust and dirt on the surface. Then use a damp cloth to wipe the surface of the solar panel to remove any remaining dust or dirt. Any debris should be removed as soon as possible to avoid a reduction in performance.

1. Please check the model, size, voltage, and power of your original adapter to ensure compatibility before purchasing the product.

2. Please do not press the solar panel with heavy objects, or it will damage the chips inside.

There are usually two situations for automatic shutdown.

1. If the total output of the powered device exceeds the rated power, the battery management system inside the device will automatically operate the shutdown to protect the device from overload.

2. If the total output power is below 5w for more than 8 hours, the device will automatically shut down to save energy because of the power-saving function.

Device run time (rough calculated) = Wattage of power station x 0.85 / operating wattage of your device.

The usage time of our equipment is based on laboratory data and the usage time of the appliances varies according to the efficiency.

The power station can charge various devices such as CPAPs, laptops, cell phones, tablets, LED lights, drones, car mini-fridges, Gopro, SPEAKER, TV screens, cameras, etc.

Sure. However, in order to better protect the cycle life of the battery, it is not recommended to charge and discharge the battery at the same time.

Using an input that exceeds the maximum power input of GRECELL power stations will not reduce charging time. Please note that each power station model has a specific maximum input power limit: 60W for 300W power station, 105W for 500W power station, and 155W for 1000W power station.

Sorry, the battery pack in the power station is not replaceable.

Shipping

You can contact our customer service to cancel and edit your order before you receive a shipping email notification. However, once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled or modified.

We usually take 2 to 5 business days to schedule shipments. A notification will be sent to the customer via email after shipment.

Once your order is picked up by the carrier at our warehouse, we will send you a shipment tracking update email with the estimated delivery date and tracking number. If you do not receive this email, please check your spam or junk mail folder or contact us by email at service@grecell.com.

1. If the tracking information shows that your package has been delivered, but you cannot find it, please wait two business days for it to arrive. In the meantime, we recommend that you check your home and ask your neighbors if they may have received it for you.
2. If after that you still haven't received it, please contact us via service@grecell.com and we will be happy to help you.

Warranty & Returns

1. Get in touch with us and start the return process within 30 days of the original shipping date.

2. Provide proof of purchase from grecell.com (either the email address, phone number used to register, or order number).The product should be returned in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as the item you received.

3. Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days after we confirm receipt of your returned items at our warehouse.

For product issues, we will cover the postage; for non-product issues, the customer will cover the shipping costs.

2. As part of our merchandise claim warranty, we need a valid proof of purchase to process your claim (such as email address, registered phone number, order number or order invoice).

The warranty on GRECELL's product is limited to the original consumer purchaser and is not transferable to any subsequent owner.

Warranty excludes:

- Products without sufficient proof of purchase.

- Non-quality related issues.

- The warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, abuse, normal wear and tear, theft, or confiscation of your GRECELL products.

- Any defects or damages caused by exposure to excessive heat, cold, liquids or other external causes.

- Unauthorized modifications, repairs, disassembly, or operation not in accordance with official instructions or manuals.

- Items purchased from unauthorized resellers.
