Which power station is compatible with S5-BAT Expansion Battery?
Only GRECELL 4000W Power Station S5 is compatible with the expansion battery. To connect S5 solar generator with the expansion battery by the included battery packs connecting cable.
Can I use S5-BAT Expansion Battery separately?
The expansion battery cannot be used separately. It must be connected to the GRECELL S5 power station 5040Wh to charge or discharge.
How long will S5+S5-BAT bundle power my device?
Working time (estimated) = 10080Wh * 0.85 / operating power of your device. (0.85 = Conversion Rate) Kindly note the actual working time may vary under different circumstances.
What should I do if I bought a bundle, but only received one product?
You may receive multiple packages from different carriers. Please wait for another three business days for other items to arrive.

When charging a device, will the power in the external battery be used first?
Both the expansion battery and GRECELL power station will gradually equalize their power levels. When outputting power, a balanced discharge is achieved based on both devices' power levels. This setup is designed to maximize product lifespan.
